African-American Heritage

During the Visionary Leadership Luncheon, Charlayne Hunter-Gault (NY Times journalist and the first African-American woman to integrate the University of Georgia), shared a timely Haitian proverb: behind the mountains are more mountains.

 

As 2013 marks the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, professionals charged with advancing diversity and corporate social responsibility missions have an opportunity to reflect on what it will take to keep their organizations, workforces and the surrounding society moving forward.
